Hi, I'm Lynn Smiley!

A realtor and equestrian entrepreneur, Lynn harkens from a family tradition of houses and horses.

In the early 1900's her grandfather brought to market affordable, yet high-quality houses known as 'Smiley Built Homes.' As a residential and commercial realtor of over 24 years, Lynn continues her grandfather and father's vision of everyone attaining peace and comfort in the perfect home through residential purchases and sales. Lynn also handles commercial sales and acquisitions. Yet, the Smiley family had a passion for owning and riding horses. Having grown-up on a rural farm, Lynn also inherited this passion. It was through this experience that Lynn was instilled with the family work ethic and the belief in doing the right thing. Lynn has since established Brass Ring Farm LLC to help people be better riders and caretakers for their horses while also finding peace through riding.

In addition to having been awarded the Bronze Medal for Dressage by the United States Dressage Federation, she has served as and adjunct equestrian instructor at the University level. Whether it be while riding a horse, or in search of the perfect home, Lynn comes from 4-generations of helping people find peace and comfort.
